Nick’s passion for health and wellness started early. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, he spent his childhood staying active and competing in basketball and track & field during his high school years. That early exposure to movement and performance laid the groundwork for a lifelong commitment to fitness.

After graduating high school and leaving his hometown of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Nick attended the University of Missouri, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. It was during his time in college that his interest in fitness evolved into a professional pursuit. 

Nick’s career continued to evolve when he became a Corporate Health and Fitness Coach, where he still works today. Nick specializes in helping individuals build strength and muscle, improve movement quality, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance. His coaching philosophy blends science-backed training and realistic lifestyle habits, making training easier and more efficient.

Outside of the gym, Nick enjoys checking out new restaurants and exploring the outdoors. You’ll often find him hiking with his dog, Charlie.
